Our new baby has arrived! He was born on Thursday, April 29th at 8:33 am. Both mom and the baby are doing well.

In the first picture he cries as they clean him up about a minute after he was born. Wow, what lungs he has for such a little guy! He can scream with the best of them. Even the nurses were surprised when they heard him. After cleaning him up, they measured him at 7 lbs, 9 oz, and 19 inches long.

We finally made it back to our room where we all stayed while Andrea recovered for two days. Andrea and I loved to watch him while he slept.

In the last picture, Andrea is now recovered enough that we can go home. Recovery from a c-section takes a few weeks but she is doing well and we are ecstatic to have our new baby home.
