Well... It's not the first camping trip for Alex but it is the first for our whole family with Eli. We went on a spontaneous one night camp out in nearby Washington Park. Both boys slept quite well - especially considering the way infants are uncomfortable sleeping in new places.

We have a nice big tent specifically so that we can fit the playpen inside for the youngest one to sleep in.

Eli can't really crawl around since the campsite is just dirt. But, Alex and Eli had fun playing in the tent. It was a good test for our upcoming week long trip to Lake Chelan.
