We love Southern California. So, what better place to vacation than San Diego. While there, my friend and I wondered, if no-one planted palm trees anymore would they continue to thrive there? There are so many palm trees in Southern California but, they are not indigenous. Every last one of them is planted, … right?

Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry

Last Christmas, we took a trip to Chicago. Oh, how it’s expanded over the years. They still have the beloved coal mine exhibit/ride that we went on as kids. And, it’s still pretty interesting.
