One those things you "have to do" when vacationing in Hawaii is go to a luau. We thoroughly enjoyed the more authentic one we attended. They had yummy pig, a lively band and an engaging story to introduce their dancers. We've been to two luaus now. Even the lesser of the two was quite enjoyable.
