We went back to Vancouver in June 2007 for a more sucessful trip than last time (when I got some sort of food poisoning) It was beautiful weather. The border crossing was easy (well, we've never gotten stuck in a really long line at the Canadian border). We found a fairly cheap hotel right in downtown.

At 8 months old, Eli is still a little rough sleeping in a new place. He also seemed to pick up some stomach bug and couldn't hold down his food for a couple days. (Could this be related to what happened to me last time?) Anyway, both boys slept in the car most of the way there and back.

Again, after living in Anacortes, it is striking to be back in the hustle and bustle of the big city.
